The point is this:
... and how I find it troubling. Well, not the "black cat" business, but the gold-and-shiny "new" part... and how it's a blatant lie.
Allow me to explain .
This is page two of my pets list. Where you can clearly see I have a black cat. A black cat that I played with on April 10th of this year.
And here we have the adoption certificate clearly showing that I adopted him in the late summer of 2007, almost immediately following its release and after i_eat_bamboo snatched that shit up before an old lady could buy it. That part isn't included there; I just thought I'd relive the story.
So I've had my black cat Webkinz for over two years. Fail, Webkinz advertising. Super fail. Even more fail because they didn't even have advertising banners on the site like that when I fucking adopted the damn thing. So don't lie. Say you're bringing it back. Say it's being re-released. But don't fucking say it's new. Because it's not. I mean, if it was a different black cat, that would be one thing. But it's not. It's the same fucking cat.
On a more up-beat note, however, the fall theme for outdoor rooms that they're doing this year is really beautiful.
And that's all I've got on this issue.
